Important Note about Shipping Charges

Shipping charges at most online stores are determined using an array, meaning that they are added according to a set value such as the total amount of the order, or as a preset charge per item or per unit of weight. This method is notoriously inaccurate therefore the merchant will set the array higher than need be in order to ensure that they are covered for all shipping costs. Usually the customer winds up paying more for the shipping than it actually costs.

At Willard Rope Company we care about our customers therefore we chose not to use such a system. When you check out after shopping our store, you'll notice that there are no shipping charges listed in your total bill. As soon as your order is received and processed, actual shipping charges are determined and added to your invoice. You'll receive a copy of that invoice along with your order. This is just our way of showing that we really do appreciate your business.
